What Information Is Collected?

At NickLiveTour.com (the “Site”), Nickelodeon, a business unit of MTV Networks, a division of Viacom International, Inc. (“Nickelodeon” or “we”), may collect personal information from visitors who self-identify as 18 years and older, including Computer Information (see below), name, email address, postal address, phone number, gender, state/province, zip/postal code, and country, and we may ask additional questions regarding personal preferences on a number of topics through surveys or other means. Additionally, when visitors come to this Site, we automatically collect some non-personally identifiable "computer" information, such as the type of computer operating system (e.g., Windows XP or Mac OS), the visitor's "IP Address", the web browser (e.g., Netscape, Internet Explorer) being used, information collected through the use of cookies (see below) and information regarding the Internet service provider ("Computer Information").

How We Use the Information
We may use visitors' personal information for purposes including enabling visitors to make purchases, enter one of our online contests or sweepstakes, to subscribe to our online newsletter(s), or to inform visitors of upcoming events and special announcements. Commercial e-mail sent from the Site contains instructions on how to be removed from the subscription list. Personal information may also be shared with our affiliates and partners. • Third Party Marketing: The information you give us and the information about your order may be combined with other personally identifiable information (such as demographic information and past purchase history) available from our records and other sources. This information will be used to make our future marketing efforts more efficient. This information may also be shared with other marketers to bring you offers of interest. • Special Cases: We may also disclose personally identifiable information to third parties in order to comply with law or requests by law enforcement agencies, to enforce our Terms of Use or to protect the rights, property or safety of the Site and of our third party business partner Nickelodeon and the safety of our users.
• Business Transfers: In the event that all or substantially all of the assets relating to the Site are transferred or sold to another entity, personally identifiable information may be transferred to the acquiring entity and be treated in a manner consistent with this privacy policy.

We may also use visitors' Computer Information to track usage, improve the design of the site, offer products and services, to personalize our visitor's experiences, save your password in password-protected areas, enable you to use “shopping carts” on our Site and to ensure visitors are following the Site's Terms of Use. Sometimes we will use agents or contractors to help us provide services to our visitors, such as helping us conduct a sweepstakes and sending prizes to the winners. In these cases, we require the agent or contractor to keep the information confidential and to use it only for the specific services they are performing.

Contests and Sweepstakes
The Site occasionally offers contests and sweepstakes, which may be entered online. To participate in a contest or sweepstakes, a visitor is asked to provide his or her name, email address and other information. Visitors may also have the opportunity to opt-in to special promotions or offers in connection with many of these contests and sweepstakes. The information collected in a contest or sweepstakes on the Site may be passed to a fulfillment house which may use the information to help run the contest or sweepstakes.
